I-64 to Gene Snyder South/West. Get off at the first exit, Taylorsville/J'Town, exit 23. Turn left onto Taylorsville Road. Go approx 1.5 miles and turn right at the stop light at Taylosville Lake Road/155. Go approximately 8 miles. Go just past the water tower and take a right at Elmar's BP station and an take an immediate left onto Commerce Drive. The clinic is at the end of the drive in the cul-de-sac.

From I-65
